Green Courte Partners is planning to expand the existing Grand Village center to introduce new anchor tenants, restaurants, and boutique retailers that will strengthen Grand Village's position as Branson's most unique shopping destination.
The expansion will occur in two phases, moving southward along Glory Road. The initial 14,000 square foot expansion building will house two destination restaurant/entertainment "anchors", now leasing for spring 2012 delivery. The second phase will consist of a 71,000 square foot main street shopping village, extending southward to Green Mountain Road. The shopping village will provide a new collection of unique regional retailers for shoppers to explore, complementing the existing Grand Village retail mix. A high quality, family-oriented hotel is planned to anchor the south end of the expansion. HKW Architects has designed the Grand Village expansion in a way that integrates all three phases and while evoking the "main street" ambiance that characterizes today's Grand Village.
